 This information packed, hands on day course will have you feeling confident that you can reduce your EMF exposure and have your technology too!

We will cover how to use technology in a way that does not compromise health, what your biggest daily exposures are and how to reduce them, why our children are uniquely more vulnerable to the effects and how to reduce their exposure, 5G and what that means for you and of course providing you with a practical plan to reduce exposure in your own home that does not involve gimmicky products that are available over the internet! 

Each participant will walk away with a thorough understanding of the associated health affects of EMF on the body from preconception to retirement.

We will be covering the key areas of electropollution: * Electric Fields * Magnetic Fields * Electromagnetic radiation (wireless/phone towers/mobile phones) * Dirty electricity and touching 

* Artificial Blue Light.

Each participant will walk away with an individualised plan to reduce their exposure in their own home and workspace and a some serious empowerment to take action and protect the health of themselves and those around them.

This course (due to the amount of information provided on the day) is followed up by 4 weekly emails and videos to keep you on track and taking charge of your health. 

Each participant will be encourage to bring along either a printed or sketched floor plan of their house and will receive a detailed workbook.

Light refreshments provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring along their lunch although a luch hour will be included for those who wish to purchase from nearby shops.
