About the Event

So how do you know if our client’s frequent urination or severe fatigue is from mould or electropollution exposure? How do you know if your clients burning throat is from off gassing of their floorboards, formaldehyde from their workplace or their AC unit which is keeping the humidity too low? The same could be asked how do you know if your clients third miscarriage is due to a high magnetic field on her water pipes running under her bed or poor nutrition and stress. The answer is often you don't know, and neither do we until we enter their world and assess their exposures. Gaining a Summary of Exposure for clients experiencing environmental intolerances can be the difference between helping them find health and trying to treat a reaction to a factor they are still being exposed to.

Western Australia’s leading Building Biologist, Deanne Hislop will be discussing referral services, the latest testing and environmental assessments services available to your clients and how this will better help you identify and treat environmental health concerns and chronic illness.

Provided will be an outline of common indoor exposures and their related associated health concerns as commonly seen in Western Australia.

Building Biology WA provides health-based assessments of environmental factors that may be affecting a person’s health such as exposure to heavy metals, moulds and allergens, chemical exposures, water contaminants and EMFs.

This is an informative evening designed to provide health practitioners with an understanding of the role a building biologist carries out and clearly define the scope of services a building biologist offers and where this fits in an individual’s health journey alongside their health practitioner.

Attendees will have the chance to network alongside other health industry professionals, receive information regarding the services Building Biology WA offers as well as a take-home goodie bag.

Please RSVP and register your free ticket to reserve your place.
