About the Event
This 1.5 hour webinar and discussion covers the health concerns around continual radiation and blue light exposure along with the tools required to mitigate and reduce these effects.
What we are currently seeing is a merging of day-night stressors and signals. Our teens are not going through the “switching off and switching on” process, allowing the body to produce needed hormones and regulate multiple cycles within the body due to environmental signalling confusing the body.
The production of melatonin, getting quality sleep and allowing the body to sit in the parasympathetic nervous system is critical to good physical and emotional health.
Changing the way we use technology is a necessary step to ensure healthy happy teens.
Presented by Building Biologist Deanne Hislop Advanced studies in Electrobiology and EMF mitigation.
